Anyone using ConceptShare?
I’m looking for a tool that will do what this does, but I would like some opinions or other options before I “bite the bullet” so to speak. I want to use this for my agency creative work: http://conceptshare.com/
Thoughts, opinions, other options, experience, etc. all very welcome!
Thanks!

Hi Jordan
For a dead simple proofing tool you could try Backboard (getbackboard.com).
However, we ended up choosing ProofHQ for our design proofing. Few things that we liked:
- Very high quality web based proof for PDFs and PSDs. Seemed much better than other proofing apps, especially at higher zoom levels. This is really important for us.
- Really simple proofing screen for clients. We needed clients to accept using a tool without any fuss.
- We also liked the version control and the ability to compare different versions on screen.
Email me if you want to talk more.
Hi Jordan,
Since you manage your own site you may want to check out a free app we just released at http://collaboratenow.cozimo.com. It’s a very simple way to get feedback on any image or webpage and you can embed the content directly into your site if you wish. Unlike ProofHQ, Cozimo also supports real-time collaboration so you can either get feedback from clients at their convenience or your can “whiteboard” in real-time which is great for live presentations and reviews.
If you’re looking for a more robust online workgroup environment, our professional solution (www.cozimo.com) supports image, Videos, high-quality PDFs and would be certainly be a solution for you to explore along with ConceptShare and ProofHQ. Feel free to contact me if you’d like more information.
Thanks for the info Mark. I’ll certainly check out Backboard.
There are at least 5 ways I’d explore…ProofHq as mentioned, PROOF-it-ONLINE, ProofQuik, ICSColor’s Remote Director (if you are “serious”)and sending an attachment in an email. The last one sometimes even works for me.
Thanks for all the feedback guys. I’ll definitely check out your recommendations.
Oops, sorry Mark, I should have said that we checked out Cozimo as well. It’s a good system, but I don’t know why the person from Cozimo said that ProofHQ doesn’t do real time collaboration as our clients comments appear in real-time on ProofHQ.
@Vicki, I didn’t know about ICS. Thanks for the heads up. All I can find on pricing is that it costs about $15,000 :-0 Is that correct?
